Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes approximately 3–9 days within the UK.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or busy seasonal periods.
Personalised Products & Wedding Bouquets
Some products require additional preparation time before dispatch.
This includes:

As these products are made to order, please allow 7–14 days for delivery time.
This allows our team to carefully prepare your item to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Processing & Dispatch Times
We aim to process and prepare all orders within 3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or UK public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched and you will receive confirmation of shipment.
