Processing and Shipping Times

Upon placing an order, we process it within three business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days. Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched according to the shipping method selected.

Processing Time: This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. Our standard processing time is 3 business days.

  • Please note - Personalised products and wedding bouquets may take longer to dispatched as these items are made-to-order. Delivery times for these items typically are 7-14 days.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for your order to reach you after it has been dispatched. Standard shipping typically takes up to 3-9 days to arrive, however actual delivery times may vary due to the individual shipping times of our suppliers. Please be aware that during periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather events, postal strikes), there may be delays. We will notify you via email or phone if there are any significant delays in shipping.

Shipping Costs and Estimates

  • Standard Shipping:

    • For orders under £50, a flat rate of £3.99 applies.
    • Orders over £50 qualify for free UK shipping.

    Both options typically take up to 3-9 days (7-14 days for personalised products and wedding bouquets) for delivery once dispatched. Please note that these are estimated times, and actual delivery may vary due to the individual shipping times of our suppliers and other factors beyond our control.

Fulfilment & Shipping Partners

In some cases, items may be shipped directly from one of our trusted fulfilment partners to ensure faster delivery. As a result, packaging or shipping labels may occasionally differ from Veil & Value branding.
