Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return. Once your return has been approved, you must send the item back within 14 days.

Items must be posted within this timeframe but do not need to arrive within the 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
Items of clothing must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Clothing that shows signs of wear beyond trying on (including marks, damage, or odours) may not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer.

To start a return, contact us at support@veilandvalue.co.uk. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

We offer free returns on eligible items. Instructions will be provided once your return request has been approved.

This policy is in line with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds 
Refunds are issued once items are returned and inspected. We do not offer partial refunds for items that are not returned.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
