Veil & Value Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to giveaways and prize draws organised by Veil & Value Ltd on the Veil & Value Facebook page.

By entering a Veil & Value giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter of each giveaway is Veil & Value Ltd ("Veil & Value", "we", "us" or "our").

2. Eligibility

Giveaways are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

For the purposes of these giveaways, the UK means England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Employees, directors and immediate family or household members of Veil & Value Ltd are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter

To enter a giveaway, you must comment on the relevant giveaway post on the Veil & Value Facebook page with your wedding month and year.

Only comments made directly on the relevant giveaway post will be counted as entries.

The closing date for each giveaway will be stated on the individual giveaway post or announced on the Veil & Value Facebook page.

Entries received after the stated closing date will not be included in the draw.

Liking the Veil & Value Facebook page is encouraged but is not a condition of entry.

We reserve the right to reject entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, offensive, fraudulent or otherwise do not comply with these terms.

4. Bonus entries

Where stated in the individual giveaway post, entrants may receive bonus entries by identifying another entrant who is getting married on the same date and replying "twin!" to their comment.

A maximum of five bonus entries may be awarded to any one entrant per giveaway.

Each qualifying "twin!" interaction will count as one bonus entry, subject to the maximum of five bonus entries.

We reserve the right to disregard duplicate, false or misleading bonus entries.

5. The prize

Unless otherwise stated in the individual giveaway post, the prize consists of four Veil & Value bridal party robes.

The winner may choose:

• Four available robe colours of their choice

• The available title/design for each robe, including the option to choose a plain robe with no title

• Any four sizes from the available size range

The four robes do not need to be the same colour, title or size.

All prize selections are subject to availability at the time the prize is claimed.

Where a requested colour, title or size is no longer available, Veil & Value will work with the winner to provide a suitable alternative of the same or similar value.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another monetary alternative and is not transferable or resalable.

6. Delivery

The prize will be delivered free of charge to one valid UK delivery address provided by the winner.

The delivery address must be in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

The winner is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Veil & Value cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the winner.

7. Selecting the winner

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

The draw will be conducted using a random selection process.

The date of the draw will be stated on the relevant giveaway post or announced on the Veil & Value Facebook page.

The winner will be announced on the Veil & Value Facebook page.

8. Contacting the winner

The winner will be contacted by private Facebook message from the official Veil & Value Facebook page.

Veil & Value will never ask a giveaway winner to provide payment or financial information in order to claim their prize.

The winner must respond to the message within 7 days of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, or is found not to meet the eligibility requirements, Veil & Value reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

9. Winner announcement

The winner's Facebook name may be announced and tagged on the Veil & Value Facebook page so that the winner can be identified and alerted to their win.

By entering the giveaway, entrants acknowledge that their name may be used for this purpose.

If an entrant has a genuine reason why they do not wish their name to be publicly announced, they may contact Veil & Value before entering to discuss this.

10. Changes or cancellation

Veil & Value reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend a giveaway where this is reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, technical difficulties, fraud, abuse or other exceptional circumstances.

We will not make changes to the terms of a giveaway unnecessarily or in a way that unfairly disadvantages entrants.

11. Fraud and misuse

Veil & Value reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that they have attempted to manipulate the giveaway, create false entries, use fraudulent accounts or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.

12. Facebook

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.

By entering, each entrant releases Facebook from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the giveaway.

13. Acceptance of these terms

By entering a Veil & Value giveaway, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Each giveaway may also include additional conditions or instructions in its individual giveaway post. Where applicable, those conditions will apply alongside these general terms.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The terms applicable to a particular giveaway will be those published at the time that giveaway is launched.
